month is the celebration of Nutrition Month where we cherish the green,
wholesome and mouthwatering fruits and vegetables. Children nowadays are more
likely to eat chicken, meat, junk foods and other insalubrious foodstuffs.

Back
in geriatric times, most people would eat this nourishing and fine fettle
veggies and fruits. But now, it can only be seen in the/ our garbage because
most people from this/ our generation just throw it and will never ever partake
it.

Being
well- conditioned, stalwart, altitudinous, dapper and in gear is a
satisfactorily thing than being noxious, svelte and quiescent because it can
contribute infirmity to you and you can undergo some check-ups that may cause
your parents to loan.
Think
not just twice but also thrice, you don’t want to die at such a young age and
I’m sure of that. Eat a plenty of greens to avoid illnesses. A healthy person
makes a very good living.
