Intramurals is a sports team organization wherein the students who possesses confidence, strong sense of motivation, discipline, humility, a goal setter and other characteristics of a student- athlete.              It is a big opportunity for all students/ player out there to compete in various sports against other schools. The program provides fun and structured play experiences that promote the physical, mental and social development of every player. Student who has physical disabilities can also play games/ sports and sometimes they are better than the normal ones.             Intrams chooses any gender, age and programs. In line with the Science Month Celebration with the theme "METABOLIZE: Nourishing the Filipino Youth Towards National Well- Being", the Ilocos Sur National High School (ISNHS) prepared some of the activities for the said celebration. Some of the activities are the Sci Quiz, Sci- Fight, Poster Making, Essay Writing, Photo- Envi Cum Lecture, Battle of Bottles, SciTrix, Trashion Show, and last but not the least the Ginoo at Binibining Kalikasan.
